HT04D HANDHELD THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA
The HT04D is a handheld infrared thermal imaging camera developed for fast, non-contact inspection of electrical equipment, HVAC systems, mechanical components and building surfaces. It helps technicians see temperature distribution across an area instead of checking one point at a time.
With infrared and visible-light imaging in one instrument, the camera gives maintenance teams clearer context when locating hot connections, overloaded components, heat loss, abnormal friction and other temperature-related problems. The pistol-grip housing, front capture trigger and color display are designed for practical field use.
KEY FEATURES
• Thermal and visible-light imaging: View heat patterns together with recognizable scene details for easier inspection and reporting.
• Focus-free operation: Start scanning quickly without stopping to adjust a manual focus ring.
• Hot-spot and cold-spot indication: Identify temperature extremes within the displayed scene.
• Adjustable emissivity: Improve measurement suitability for different surface materials and finishes.
• Multiple color palettes: Select a palette that makes the relevant temperature contrast easier to interpret.
• Image and video capture: Record inspection results for maintenance documentation and customer reports.
• Rechargeable handheld design: Suitable for mobile inspection work in workshops, plant rooms and job sites.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Electrical Inspection
Scan distribution panels, breakers, terminals, busbar connections and cable joints for unusual heating. Thermal imaging can help maintenance teams prioritize closer inspection before a temperature anomaly develops into an unplanned shutdown.
HVAC and Refrigeration
Check supply and return air patterns, radiators, underfloor heating, compressor areas, refrigerant lines and heat exchangers. A thermal image provides a fast overview before contact measurements or detailed diagnosis.
Mechanical Maintenance
Compare bearings, motors, couplings and other operating components for abnormal temperature differences. Repeated inspections under similar load conditions can support preventive maintenance programs.
Building Inspection
Visualize insulation gaps, air leakage, moisture-related temperature differences and heating-system performance. Site conditions, surface emissivity and temperature contrast should always be considered when interpreting the image.
SPECIFICATION CONFIGURATION
HT04D configurations can differ by detector version and measurement range. Infrared resolution, maximum temperature, accuracy, field of view, storage capacity and supplied accessories should be confirmed on the final quotation and approved specification sheet before ordering.
